Complaint Procedures

1. Initial Contact: If you have a complaint, please contact us via phone, email, or in writing to address the issue as soon as possible.

2. Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours, providing an initial response and outlining the next steps.

3. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation into your complaint, gathering all relevant information and documents to understand the situation.

4. Response: Within 14 days, we will provide a detailed response to your complaint, including our findings and any proposed actions to resolve the issue.

5. Further Action: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a further review of your complaint by contacting the owner of the firm. The owner will personally review the case and provide a final response within 21 days.

6. External Resolution: If the issue remains unresolved, you have the right to seek external resolution through the appropriate legal or regulatory bodies.
